We provide AI-powered CV audits and contract reviews for finance professionals in Ireland. Our salary benchmarks are sourced from the Morgan McKinley 2026 Ireland Salary Guide (Accounting & Finance, Banking & Financial Services, and Legal, Risk & Compliance editions), the Robert Half 2026 Ireland Salary Guide, and CSO earnings data.

We only collect information you provide directly to us — there is no background tracking, profiling, or data collection beyond what you type or upload.
Salary figures in your report are drawn from the Morgan McKinley 2026 Ireland Salary Guide (three editions), the Robert Half 2026 Ireland Salary Guide, and CSO earnings data. We do not invent figures or use unverified sources.
For everyone — we use your information only to generate and deliver your report. Your document is processed by our AI, your report is sent to your email address, and the original document is discarded. We do not contact you again for any other reason on the basis of this alone.
If you tick the first consent box — we email you your completed report. We may follow up only if there is a technical issue with delivery. We will not send you marketing, newsletters, or anything unrelated to your specific report.
If you tick the optional second consent box — we make a summary profile of your experience available to vetted Irish finance recruiters who have been approved for access to our platform. This is a profile summary only — your raw CV document is not shared with any recruiter without a further, specific decision by you. Recruiters may express interest in your profile, which will be notified to you, and you then decide whether to engage and whether to share your full CV. This is entirely optional and has no effect on your report if left unticked. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@worthmore.ie and your profile will be removed from recruiter access within 5 working days.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. Recruiter access to our platform is charged to recruiters as a platform subscription fee — we are not selling your data, we are providing a curated matching service in which you retain full control over who sees your full CV.
If you did not opt in to recruiter visibility and did not provide your email address, we hold no personal data about you after your report is generated.
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area except where necessary to use the services above, all of which maintain appropriate data transfer safeguards.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@worthmore.ie. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission Ireland at dataprotection.ie.
worthmore.ie does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. A session cookie is used only for the payment and report delivery process and is deleted when you close your browser.
We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, rate limiting on our API, and access controls on our server. If you have security concerns, contact hello@worthmore.ie.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. We recommend checking this page periodically. Where practical, we will notify active users of significant changes by email.
