Who we are and who controls your data
worthmore.ie is operated by Darin Murphy, a sole trader based in Ireland. Darin Murphy is the data controller for all personal data collected through worthmore.ie. When this policy says "we", "us" or "worthmore.ie", it means Darin Murphy trading as worthmore.ie.
We provide AI-powered CV audits and contract reviews for finance professionals in Ireland and the UK. We also operate a talent database connecting finance professionals with vetted employers and recruiters. Our salary benchmarks are sourced from the 2026 Morgan McKinley, Robert Walters, Hays and Huntress salary guides.

What information we collect
We only collect information you provide directly to us — there is no background tracking, profiling, or data collection beyond what you type or upload.
- Your email address — to send you your report or profile confirmation. Required to use the service.
- Talent profile data — if you submit a profile to our talent database: job title, years of experience, qualification, location, target salary, sectors of interest, notice period, LinkedIn URL (optional), career goal (optional) and, if you choose to add them, your systems and skills, industries you have worked in, team size, preferred way of working and right to work. This is stored and made available in anonymised form to employers and recruiters browsing our hire pages.
- Employer/recruiter data — if you request a candidate introduction: your name, company name, and email address. Stored to process and deliver the introduction.
- Your CV or contract document — uploaded by you for analysis. The file is processed in memory and deleted immediately after text is extracted. A temporary file may be created during PDF processing and is deleted within seconds. The text content is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) who may retain it for up to 30 days per their data retention policy. We do not store the raw document.
- Form answers — current salary, location, work preferences, and career goals you provide to tailor your report.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited. No advertising pixels.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies) — if you click Accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics records which pages you visit and how you use the site. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Sources of salary benchmarks
Salary figures in your report are drawn from the 2026 Morgan McKinley Ireland Salary Guide (Accounting & Finance, Banking & Financial Services, Legal Risk & Compliance) and the 2026 Robert Walters Ireland Market Insights (Accounting & Finance, Banking & Financial Services, Compliance, Risk). We do not invent figures or use unverified sources.
How we use your information
For everyone — we use your information only to generate and deliver your report. Your document is processed by our AI, your report is sent to your email address, and the original document is discarded. We do not contact you again for any other reason on the basis of this alone.
If you tick the first consent box — we email you your completed report. We may follow up only if there is a technical issue with delivery. We will not send you marketing, newsletters, or anything unrelated to your specific report.
If you tick the optional second consent box — we make a summary profile of your experience available to vetted Irish finance recruiters who have been approved for access to our platform. This is a profile summary only — your raw CV document is not shared with any recruiter without a further, specific decision by you. Recruiters may express interest in your profile, which will be notified to you, and you then decide whether to engage and whether to share your full CV. This is entirely optional and has no effect on your report if left unticked. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@worthmore.ie and your profile will be removed from recruiter access within 5 working days.
If you submit a talent profile — we store your profile data and display an anonymised version (no name, no email) on our hire pages. Your name and email are never shared without your explicit consent. When an employer pays to request an introduction, we contact you via email with YES and NO buttons. If you click YES, your email address is shared with that employer only. If you click NO or do not respond within 5 working days, the employer is notified you are unavailable and your contact details are not shared. You may remove your profile at any time.
If you request an introduction as an employer or recruiter — we use your name and email to send you confirmation and outcome emails related to the introduction request. We do not use this data for marketing.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. Employers and recruiters pay a one-off fee each time they request an introduction — we are not selling your data, we are providing a curated matching service in which you decide whether any introduction goes ahead.
How long we keep your data
- Your uploaded CV or contract — processed in memory and deleted immediately after your report is generated. Not stored unless you explicitly opt in to recruiter visibility.
- Your report — kept for 30 days in case of a delivery issue, then permanently deleted. The copy emailed to you is yours to keep.
- Your email address — retained for 24 months after your last report, unless you request earlier deletion. Email hello@worthmore.ie at any time to have your data removed.
- Your profile summary (only if you opted in to recruiter visibility) — kept until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it.
- Payment records — kept for 7 years as required by Irish Revenue. We hold only the transaction amount and date, not your card details.
- Server logs — kept for 30 days for security purposes, then deleted.
If you did not opt in to recruiter visibility and did not provide your email address, we hold no personal data about you after your report is generated.
Talent profile data — retained until you request removal or your profile is hidden. Removal requests are processed within 5 working days. You may also use the self-service removal link in your confirmation email.
Introduction request data — employer name, company and email retained for 24 months for records and dispute resolution purposes.
Where you provide your email address, we also store a summary of your report (up to 2,000 characters of generated content) and any salary, location, or career goal information you provided. This is retained for 24 months or until you request deletion.
Who we share your data with
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe never shares your card details with us. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Anthropic — AI provider. The text of your CV or contract is sent to Anthropic for analysis. Anthropic may retain API inputs for up to 30 days. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Google — Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Resend — email delivery, used to send your report to your email address. Resend retains email delivery logs.
- Hetzner — our server hosting provider, based in the EU.
- Vetted Irish finance recruiters (profile summary only, with your consent) — only where you have given explicit consent via the optional second checkbox. Your raw CV document is never shared directly with a recruiter without a further decision by you. We do not share with individual recruiters without notifying you. You can request a list of recruiters who have access to our platform at any time by emailing hello@worthmore.ie.
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area except where necessary to use the services above, all of which maintain appropriate data transfer safeguards.

Cookies
A session cookie is used only for the payment and report delivery process and is deleted when you close your browser. We never use advertising cookies. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
