Who we are
worthmore.ie is operated by Darin Murphy, a sole trader based in Ireland. By using worthmore.ie you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What the service is
worthmore.ie provides AI-generated CV audits and contract reviews for finance professionals working in Ireland and the UK, using salary data sourced from the 2026 Morgan McKinley, Robert Walters, Hays and Huntress salary guides.
worthmore.ie also operates a talent database connecting finance professionals with vetted employers and recruiters. Candidates may submit a free profile to the database. Employers and recruiters may pay a fee to request an introduction to a candidate.
Our reports are an informed, independent analysis to help you make better career and salary decisions. They are not professional legal, financial, or career advice. We are not solicitors, recruitment consultants, or financial advisors. For significant legal or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.
What you're paying for
When you pay for a CV audit (€19) or contract review (€10), you are paying for a one-time AI-generated report based on the document and information you provide. The fee covers report generation and delivery — not ongoing access, revisions, or guaranteed outcomes.
When you pay an introduction fee (€25 for Irish introductions, £25 for UK introductions), you are paying for worthmore.ie to contact the candidate on your behalf. The fee covers the introduction attempt only. It does not guarantee a response, an interview, or a placement. worthmore.ie is not a recruitment agency and has no further involvement after the introduction is made. Any subsequent hiring arrangement is solely between you and the candidate.
By requesting immediate generation of your report, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive expires upon delivery of the report to your email address.
Credits and remedies
Because reports are generated and delivered digitally, we do not offer cash refunds once a report has been delivered to your email address.
Introduction fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. The €25/£25 fee covers the introduction attempt only. No refund is issued if the candidate declines, does not respond, or if the introduction does not lead to a hire. By paying the introduction fee you acknowledge and accept this.
However, if there was a technical failure on our end and you did not receive your report, or if the report was clearly generated incorrectly due to a fault on our end, contact us at hello@worthmore.ie within 14 days and we will issue a credit to use toward a future report, or regenerate your report at no additional charge. We will always make it right if the fault is ours.
We do not issue credits or remedies on the basis of disagreement with salary figures or recommendations — our benchmarks are sourced from published industry data and represent market averages, not guarantees.
If you have a complaint, please email hello@worthmore.ie in the first instance and we will respond within 5 working days. We would always rather resolve an issue directly than have a dissatisfied customer.
Accuracy of reports
- Salary figures reflect published 2026 market averages and survey data — they are benchmarks, not guarantees of any specific job offer
- Contract review is an informed assessment, not a solicitor's opinion — for significant legal decisions, consult a qualified Irish solicitor
- CV rewrite suggestions are based solely on your stated experience — we do not fabricate, exaggerate, or invent achievements
- Report quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit
Your responsibilities
By submitting a request you confirm that:
- The CV or contract you upload is your own, or you have the right to submit it for analysis
- The information you provide in the form is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You are aged 18 or over
- You will use your report for your own personal career purposes only and will not resell, republish, or share it commercially
Talent database — candidate terms
If you submit a profile to the worthmore.ie talent database, the following applies:
- Your anonymised profile (job title, experience, qualification, location, target salary, sectors) is made visible to employers and recruiters browsing worthmore.ie/hire
- Your name and email address are never shared without your explicit consent — you will be contacted first via email and must click Yes to agree
- If you click No, or do not respond within 5 working days, the employer is notified that you are unavailable and your contact details are not shared
- You may remove your profile at any time using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing hello@worthmore.ie
- Resubmitting your profile with the same email address will update your existing profile
- Your raw CV document is never shared directly with any recruiter without a further, specific decision by you
- Recruiters may express interest in your profile — you will be notified and you then decide whether to respond and whether to share your full CV
- Recruiters pay worthmore.ie a platform access fee — we are not selling your personal data, we are providing a curated matching service in which you retain full control
- You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@worthmore.ie and your profile will be removed within 5 working days
