And the whole thing in plain English.

Every review ends with a short summary, and says where a solicitor is worth paying for.

Plain English summary

A fair salary and a solid permanent role, but the contract leans towards the employer. You would be tied in for 3 months while they can let you go on 4 weeks, and the non-compete could keep you out of your field for 18 months. If they won't move on the non-compete, an hour with an employment solicitor is worth it before you sign.

That was Castlebridge's offer. Yours is next.
